As a leadership development trainer I quickly recognised the value in working with individuals on the finer details and how it resonated with them. I feel I have found a sweet spot between trainer and coach. I now coach people enabling them to find the confidence from within while leaning on leadership tools to enhance their performance to create impact.
My style of coaching is embedded with neuroscience, corporate experience and leadership skills training.

BlueTang was founded in 2015 in Singapore. It has evolved from providing leadership development training to a personalised business coaching company now based in the UK.
Leadership programs were delivered to clients across South East Asia and ranged from Executive Presence, Innovation and Design, Negotiations Skills, Presentations Skills and High Performing Teams. Clients included Adobe, Credit Suisse, Nokia, Great Eastern, Munich Re, Manulife, Deutsche Bank and Ernst & Young.
Personalised Business Coaching is being provided to large Global Corporates such as Schroders Asset Management and smaller local firms such as Blue Totem. Coaching is also offered to individuals from a range of industries such as management consultancies, publishing, engineering, public sector and luxury brands.
